RETURN GUIDELINES

RETURN POLICY 

• You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on Down2erth.com
• Orders must be returned by mail only.
• Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
• Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Down 2 Erth products not purchased from Down2erth.com

 

EXCHANGES

Down 2 Erth does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s). 

SPECIAL COLLABORATIONS

For any purchases on customizable jewelry, returns are not accepted as the product has been made to your specification.

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/activity will be flagged in our system.

If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.
